Response Time and Delivery

Here are my goals regarding response time to those ordering the Disk Edition. Bear in mind that I am an individual, not a big company, so I cannot make any guarantees about how long it will take me to process or ship orders. Your patience is appreciated:

• I will try my best to reply to all email concerning the Disk Edition within one day (unless I am off the ‘net.)
• I will attempt to contact those ordering the Internet download version of the Disk Edition to communicate download instructions within three days of receipt of their order.
• I will attempt to ship CD-ROM versions within one to two business days of receipt of payment, although these may on occasion be delayed slightly longer. In general, it should take about a week from the time you initiate an order until it is shipped.

The US Postal Service definitely falls into the category of "circumstances beyond my control", especially during the holiday season. Please allow at least one week for your mail to be received by me before emailing me about it. For those ordering CDs, please also allow at least one week for your order to be received. For international orders, additional time is often required for CDs.
