Failure of DMA controller(s) or related to DMA channels

Explanation: There is a problem related to one or more of the DMA channels or controllers used by the system.

Diagnosis: This is sometimes a motherboard failure, but could be a failure related to an expansion card that uses DMA and may be faulty or misconfigured.
