Boot TS - Power Problem Related to Voltage Setting

Explanation: The power supply voltage was set incorrectly. The most usual cause is importers that bring cases and power supplies from overseas and don't change the voltage setting.

Diagnosis: The incorrect power supply voltage caused the power supply to malfunction; this may or may not have caused permanent damage.

Recommendation: Change the power supply setting to the correct voltage. The power should now work; if it doesn't, then troubleshoot the power supply itself.
