Boot TS - No Power But Socket Works

Explanation: The power supply doesn't have power but another device works in the wall socket.

Diagnosis: The problem is probably not related to the house power. It is possible that you have a low-power condition where a small appliance like a light would work but a PC wouldn't, but this is very rare.

Recommendation: Consider the possibility of a problem with your power protection device. Are you using a surge suppressor or other power protection device on your PC?
