Boot TS - Power Problem Not Corrected After Changing Power Cable

Explanation: Changing the power cord did not restore power to the power supply.

Diagnosis: The power cord is not the problem, so we keep looking.

Recommendation: Check the voltage setting on the power supply, if yours has one. It will be on the back of the PC. Is it set to the correct voltage? (110V in North America, 220V in Europe and many other places).
