[ The PC Guide | Troubleshooting and Repair Guide | General Troubleshooting Techniques | Troubleshooting and Your Mental State ] Two Heads are Better Than One If you have at your disposal someone who knows about PCs, say a peer in your office or a family member, have them take a look at a difficult problem. Even if you are great at troubleshooting, there will be the occasional problem that for one reason or another, you just won't be able to crack. Sometimes another person who can look at a problem from a fresh perspective (who hasn't been staring at the same thing for days trying to resolve it) will be able to set you on the right path to fixing the problem. Don't be afraid of asking for help. There is no shame in needing assistance, and it can be an excellent way to learn.
