Speculative Leadoff

Speculative leadoff is a performance-enhancing feature of some chipsets. When enabled, it speeds up the first access to memory ("leadoff") by overlapping the start of the read request with the determination of the address for the read. This results in a small performance increase but does not work with all systems.
