There's nothing too remarkable about the case, and not much needs to be said about it, except for one thing. The components inside the monitor generate a lot of heat, and every monitor case has special ventilation slots (usually many of them) to allow for cooling of these components. It's important to make sure not to block these slots off, or the monitor could overheat and malfunction.
