Transfer of License

Individual licenses may be transferred under the following conditions:

• The Product is transferred in full, including all accompanying materials both physical and electronic, and the transferring party retains zero copies of The Product; and
• The recipient of the transferred license agrees to abide by the provisions of this License Agreement in full; and
• The price, if any, paid by the receiving party, does not exceed the original cost of the license to the transferring party.

Corporate or educational multi-user licenses cannot be transferred outside the licensing organization.

Upon transfer, the original licensee loses all rights to the use of The Product granted under this Agreement. Any attempt to transfer individual licenses other than under the conditions above violates the terms of this Agreement and voids the license.

Note: The right to purchase upgrade editions at reduced upgrade prices is terminated at the time the transfer occurs. It does not transfer to the recipient, nor does it remain with the original licensee.
